By accessing or using Bzyness, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Bzyness provides AI-powered business analytics tools for Indian D2C sellers, including:

• True P&L dashboards across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and Meesho

• SKU-level profitability analysis with STOP/SCALE/GROW signals

• True ROAS attribution deducting COGS and fulfillment costs

• Daily AI profit briefs and actionable recommendations

To access Bzyness, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Bzyness offers subscription-based access. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay applicable subscription fees as per your selected plan

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

• No refunds for partial subscription periods

• Price changes communicated 30 days in advance

By connecting your platforms, you grant Bzyness read-only access to:

• Order and transaction data from connected platforms

• Product catalogue and inventory information

• Advertising spend and performance metrics

The Bzyness platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by Bzyness Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bzyness is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months

• Analytics and recommendations are informational, not financial advice

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
